Congo: ARPTC stipulates that approve equipment needs to provide samples(2023-FEB.-12)

The ARPCE of Congo (Agence de Régulation des Postes et des Communication Electroniques Republique du Congo) has clarified that the latest regulation from now on, an ARPTC sample has to be required from ARPCE so that the treatment can be processed.

The ARPCE now requires to offer subject to sample approval for all equipment’s certification which is in agreement with Article 7 of Decree No. 2015-254 of February 19, 2015.
