GMA Important Update: ANRT’s New Regulatory Policies for Products Certification

【GMA Team】We would like to inform you about the latest regulatory update from the Moroccan National Agency for Telecommunications Regulation (ANRT). These changes impact the certification process for products and introduce new compliance requirements.
The key updates are as follows:
New Label Requirement – All imported products must now comply with the latest labeling regulations. To request the original text, including the Appendix, please share your email address.
SAR Value Requirement – Any mobile or cellular device with a transmission power exceeding 20mW must display the Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) value on the product label, user manual, or packaging.
Product Sample Request – The ANRT now holds the right to request product samples for local testing as part of the certification process.
These new regulations emphasize the importance of compliance for certified products. Ensure that your products meet the latest certification standards to avoid any market restrictions.
