The Regulation applies to the use of mobile and fixed broadband services for unlicensed and light licensing in the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 60 GHz .
The bands as below are considered unlicensed bands:
2.4-2.483GHz, 5.15-5.35GHz, and 57-62GHz.
And the following bands are considered as light licensed:
5.47-5.725 MHz, 5.725-5.850 GHz and 62-66GHz
