The ARCEP of Togo (Autorité de Régulation des Communications Electroniques et des Postes) has changed and rolled out new rules on certification.
Firstly, the ARCEP has required that manufacturers must fill, stamp and sign the “Commitment of the manufacturer or supplier” (APPENDIX 5) by themselves.
Secondly, the “Declaration on honor “(known as commitment on honor) has to be completed by the direct applicant, in other words, the manufacturer’s local delegate in Togo, which follows the compliance of ARCEP.
