The Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) in Vietnam has introduced a new circular, QCVN 55:2023/BTTTT, for Short Range Device (SRD) radio equipment operating between 9 kHz and 25 MHz.
This updated standard replaces the previous QCVN 55:2011/BTTTT and will be mandatory from July 1, 2024.
Certificates obtained under the old standard will expire after this date, necessitating retesting and updating certificates to comply with the new regulations for continued importation.
QCVN55:2023/BTTT refer to ETSI EN 300 330 V2.1.1 (2017-02) for Short Range Devices.
