From 18 February 2025, our team noticed a malfunction in the electronic platform that processes ICASA approvals.

This outage prevented the portal from submitting and monitoring approval requests, which could result in credential delays.

Given the urgency of the situation, we contacted ICASA, who confirmed that there was indeed a technical glitch with the electronic tool. The agency assured that steps are being taken to urgently address the issue.
